A Client Overview

Your whole team
on the same story.
By next Monday.

One day with the founder in the room. A system that runs your brand every day after. For the CEO who is done buying decks.

THE PROBLEM · 02
What a CEO usually tells me in the first five minutes

You paid someone. It didn't work.

Your team still cannot tell the story. Fifteen locations, fifty, or five hundred, and every one of them says something a little different. The sales team is making it up in the field. The board keeps asking what you stand for. And the deck you already paid for is sitting in a drawer that nobody has opened in a year.

That is the problem we solve. One day in the room. A running system afterward. No more drift.

A REAL CUSTOMER · 03
One customer, start to finish

Jed runs ETS Performance.

Fifty-seven sports performance locations on their way to eighty. This is what the past six months have looked like inside that business.

BEFORE
A recent pivot. Directors across the country running their own versions of the brand. Marketing budget flowing, but nothing sticking to the wall the same way twice. Every location felt like a different company when you looked at it on paper.
DAY ONE
Eight hours in the room together. By the end of the day, the leadership team agreed on one story. The positioning was locked, the audiences were set, and the rules for how the brand shows up everywhere were written down. No deck. A live dashboard sitting on the table.
DAY 30
Both dashboards were running. The strategy dashboard was live in front of the leadership team every week. The marketing dashboard was already shipping content, campaigns, and sales enablement against the new story.
DAY 90
The small teams of specialists were active across the pilot location. Drift across the network was being caught weekly. Rollout to the other locations was already planned out. The business was scaling the new story instead of relearning it every week.

WHAT YOU WALK OUT WITH · 04
What the work looks like once it is running

By next Monday, your brand is a running system.

[ LIVE DASHBOARD SCREENSHOT GOES HERE ]
BY MONDAY MORNING

The story is locked.

Your leadership team walks out of Friday agreeing on one positioning. The dashboard is live by Monday morning, and the whole team can pull it up on their own screen.

BY DAY 30

The work is shipping.

Small teams of specialists are running content, social, SEO, and sales enablement against your new story. Every piece of work is tied back to the positioning you locked in.

BY DAY 90

The drift is gone.

The system catches inconsistency across locations every week, and the whole thing is audited every quarter. The brand stays sharp without anyone having to babysit it.

THE PRICE · 05
What it costs to run this for a year

About $275,000
in year one.

That is for a fifty-location business running three small teams of specialists per location. Here is how that number comes together.

$35,000
One flat fee, paid once up front. This covers the workshop day, both live dashboards, the signed book, the audio, and the agent teams configured from day one.
$5,000 / mo
A flat monthly fee to keep the specialist teams running and the dashboards refreshed. This is the same for every customer, no matter how large.
$100 / mo
Per specialist team, per location. Three teams across fifty locations adds $15,000 a month. This is the only number that scales with your business.
$275,000
Year one total for a fifty-location business. A fifteen-location business would come in closer to $149,000. Smaller or larger, we walk through your actual math together on a call.

HOW WE WORK · 06
Three rules we do not break

Three things
we will not do.

01
No associates.
Chad runs every workshop himself. No rotation, no handoff to a junior person, and nobody else standing in for him on the day. The founder is in the room for the full eight hours.
02
No PDFs.
You do not walk out with a document. You walk out with a live dashboard, a set of running specialist teams, and a signed book. The system keeps doing the work after we leave.
03
No next-phase pitch.
When the workshop day ends, our engagement ends. There is no follow-on phase, no retainer tail, and no pitch for the next thing you should buy from us. The day is the whole product.
006
THE NEXT STEP · 07
If that sounds right

Email Chad.

No contact form, no qualifying gate, no sales team in the middle. If the fit is there, we will book the workshop day. If it is not, we will tell you straight.
